ABOUT US

The Nonviolence Resource Center, located in the heart of Harlem, is dedicated to accelerating best practices and advancing progress toward the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Our office serves as a hub for supporting civil society, advocating for both local and international causes inside and outside of the United Nations, and placing youth at the forefront of impactful change through our dynamic Internship and Volunteer programs.

With active projects spanning the globe, our work is powered by a dedicated network of over 200 volunteers, each helping to support agents of change in diverse communities. Whether through peace education, conflict resolution, or advocacy efforts, we are committed to fostering a culture of nonviolence and justice.
